Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

Ingredients

Multiply
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1/2 c Butter
  • 2 Flax egg
  • 2 c Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c Sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c Chocolate Chips

Instructions

Preperation

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F.

Wet Ingredients

  1. Cream the butter.

  2. Add the sugar and flax eggs and mix well.

  3. In a separate bowl add the sour cream and baking soda, mix.

Dry Ingredients

  1. Mix the following dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.

Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients

  1. In the butter and sugar mix, gradually add a portion of the sour cream followed by a portion of the dry ingredients. Continue mixing in this way until both have been fully incorporated.

  2. Add the chocolate chips.

Bake

  1. Pour the mixture into a buttered bundt cake mold.

  2. Bake in the 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes.

  3. Let cake cool fully before flipping on a plate (unless you prefer eating a cake crumble).
