Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
Cream the butter.
Add the sugar and flax eggs and mix well.
In a separate bowl add the sour cream and baking soda, mix.
Mix the following dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.
In the butter and sugar mix, gradually add a portion of the sour cream followed by a portion of the dry ingredients. Continue mixing in this way until both have been fully incorporated.
Add the chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture into a buttered bundt cake mold.
Bake in the 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
Let cake cool fully before flipping on a plate (unless you prefer eating a cake crumble).
