Break tofu in a crumble and put into a hot pan.
While the tofu warms up, place all the ingredients (except the butter) into a bowl and mix well.
Once the tofu is warm, add butter and toss the tofu until it is well coated.
Take the broth mix and give it a quick mix to make sure that cornstarch hasn’t settled at the bottom. Pour it over the tofu and stir well.
Cook until the broth mixture thickens. Add extra salt and pepper to taste.
